2019-Mar-26 - Starting to track a list - and a new tool

There are a lot of good candidates to start listening to. I scanned through the spacecraft that are alive and in the nasabare.txt list to make an initial list. I came up with this:

AO-07,Bhutan 1,CAS-4A,CAS-4B,CO-55,CO-57,CO-58,CubeBel 1,
DUCHIFAT-1,Diwata-2,ESEO,FO-29,FO-99,Falconsat-3,IO-86,ISS,
JO-97,KickSat 2,LILACSAT-2,LO-19,LO-90,Maya 1,NO-44,NO-84,SO-50,
UO-11,UiTMSat 1,XW-2A,XW-2B,XW-2C,XW-2D,XW-2E,XW-2F
That is quite a lot. 33 in fact. Too many to enter into SatPC-32 and a pain to run predictions for. I could single one out, plot the passes and then head into the shack when it is up. But I wanted a more casual approach. Like when you start to work DX. You don't need to listen to all the DX bulletins and stay up in the middle of the night calling DXpeditions endlessly. You just turn on the radio and tune around. Almost any country is a new country. And almost any sat is a new telemetry target for me right now.

So I wrote a quick utility to plot out the spacecraft that will rise above the horizon at my QTH. You can see a sample plot below. I can add as many spacecraft as I want. The version below has all of the spacecraft in the list above.

I just finished listening for UO-11 again, as it happens, and you can see that it just passed my QTH. Nothing heard unfortunately. I did hear UO-11 the other day and decoded a small amount of data. But I wanted a better pass and something more meaningful to analyze. I remember that it is in a 10 day cycle and it must be off at the moment. I will have to research what causes the cycle and when to listen again.
